Character 101

Dean One Camp has a strong network of athletes to mentor and guide these young backs in the right direction. Through this program, these Running Backs are getting advice and sharing experiences from collegiate and NFL players. Talking through and learning how to handle challenging situations.

Stretching

Proper stretching reduces the risk of injury, improves range of motion, and promotes faster recovery by enhancing the blood flow to the joints and muscles in our body. Even the most common injuries can be prevented by keeping your muscles strong and your tendon and ligaments flexible.

Conditioning

All players need to have the ability to withstand the rigors of the game -- no matter what position they play. Players have to be able to not just run fast and exert a lot of energy, but they have to be able to sustain that throughout four quarters.

Strength Building
It is vital to allow football players to gain the size that allows them to compete safely. Strength training prepares you to take on constant contact on the field. A solid strength program for football will help prevent injuries for the long season ahead.

Film study & Technique:

Watching film helps you recognize offensive and defensive patterns. It will also help you fine-tune your skill set and figure out where your strength and weaknesses are. You can't fix them if you don’t know where they are. The best players use film study to elevate their game and to continue adding techniques to adjust to whatever may be thrown at them on the field.

Social Media Blitz:

Now that social media has become a part of our daily lives; athletes must use their accounts wisely. Social media is an excellent marketing tool for athletes. With the new NIL rules in place, athletes use social media for brand deals, career connections and as a tool for recruiting.
