Aundre Dean is not only recognized as an athlete and coach in sports training for football but, more importantly, a mentor for helping kids maximize their athletic potential.
He continues to motivate, challenge, and inspire athletes with his contagious enthusiasm, focused energy, and passion for football.
He is a former All-American 4-star running back from Houston, TX, recently inducted into the Katy ISD Hall of Fame.
Sports fans remember Dean for leading the Tigers to the Class 5A Division II championship with a perfect 16-0 record.
The high school sports star was named a Parade All-American and an Under Armour All-American and was selected to play in the first-ever Under Armour All-America bowl alongside stars like Julio Jones and AJ Green. Dean ended his senior season with 30+ scholarships, ranked the No. 7 running back, and No. 46 player in the country by ESPN.
COLLEGE CAREER
From there, Dean went on to play football at UCLA 1 year, before transferring to play with Andy Dalton, his highs school quarter back at Texas Christian University. At TCU, Dean won two Mountain West championships and a Rose Bowl championship against Wisconsin. The star running back helped the Frogs with a 13-0 undefeated season.
Nowadays, the Hall of Famer is dedicated to building better student-athletes. Dean One Camp was founded on his expert insight, techniques, and professional network to help players become better athletes, and students of the game. Currently, he coaches two teams for the Katy Youth Football League and is a substitute teacher, and father of 2.
